LeFevour and Brown impress at NFL Combine

Former Central Michigan players Dan LeFevour and Antonio Brown were both among the college football elite selected to attend the annual NFL Combine, held at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. With a grand stage to display their skills, both players didn't waste their opportunity.
LeFevour measured in at an impressive 6-foot-3 ¼ and 230 pounds and ran the 40-yard dash in impressive fashion, posting times of 4.66 and 4.64. Only West Virginia's Jarrett Brown (4.54) posted a better time in the 40 than LeFevour. The former Chippewa was also impressive in the broad jump (9'2") and 3-cone drill with a time of 6.93. For all the negative talk surrounding his decision to not throw to receivers at the combine, LeFevour's impressive physical numbers have been very striking and his stock continues to rise.

Early entry wide receiver Antonio Brown also had his moments at the combine on Sunday. He measured in at 5-foot-10 and 186 pounds and ran the 40-yard dash in 4.5 seconds. Brown also did 13 repetitions of 225 pounds in the bench press and was impressive in the wide receiver drills.
Both players will be back in action at CMU's Pro Day on March 24th in their final workout appearance to impress NFL scouts.
